track

This is going to be my first year playing and i don't know much about this sport. If ya know anything about this sport help me out....

1. What events are in this so called "Sport?"

2. How many pairs of shoes do i need?
I think I am doing like hurdles some sort of sprints and high jump i believe.

3. How many events can i compete in per meet?

4. Can you play track or do you run track?

you can call me a newb when it comes to this.

  3. some events in track include hurdles, 100 meter dash, 200, 400, half mile, mile, 2 mile, shot put, discus, high jump, and long jump. you need like 2 pairs of shoes. maybe more depending on what you wanna do. you can compete in 4 event per meet. and you run track

  6. you can do 4 events per meet.. but they can't all be field events and they can't all be running events. you should do hurdles. they are the only reason track it slightly cool. even thou i'm not running track this year. the 300 hurdles is a lot harder, but both the 100 and 300 hurdles are fun. you need 2 pairs of shoes... spikes and cross trainers. good luck. just so you know its like a cult.. once your in, its almost impossible to get out. have fun!
